When and Where

MindWorX - National Hypnotherapy and Counselling Conference 2008 will be held at TheUniversity of Melbourne on the 10th, 11th & 12th of October from 9am to 5.30pm–Daily (Download PDF – FAM – functions at Melbourne Map)

The conference will consist of a variety of workshops and seminars that will be held in rooms and lecture theaters in close proximity to the Union House Building at Melbourne University. A map of these locations will be provided to attendees prior to the event. (Click through to - Seminar & Workshop Program )

Workshops will be held in the Raymond Priestly Room and the Cussonia Court Room 1. Seminars will be held in lecture theatres within The Melbourne University campus, confirmation of which lecturer theatre  each seminar is held in and a map will be provided to all attendees. Registration for all workshops and seminars will be in the Ante Room adjacent to the Raymond Priestly room and all attendees will be required to register at least 15 mins prior to their first scheduled event. Access to the Raymond Priestly Room and Ante room is via the North side entrance of the Union House Building.

Parking

A map of parking facilities is available for those who choose to drive to the Expo otherwise public transport is available.

Parking on the university campus is available on Saturdays and Sundays for a flat rate of $5 per day. Enter via gate 1 or via gate 10. (Download PDF - FAM directional map)
